    Hi, do you mean that the dashboard is blank as shown in screenshot above? Is it only for HMWP settings page or for others too? To check the issue, I tried to login with above credentials but it says invalid username.

    Hi, I checked your site, HMWP is enabled and the site seems to be working fine.

    We are not able to redirect any pages via plugin nor via .htaccess.
    >> Can you please let us know which page you want to be redirected and what rule did you add in htaccess?

    While adding the redirection using plugin, we received a reference link which says to check calling the URL with “wp-json” which leads to 404.
    In short, we needed to add a trailing slash redirection to all non-trailing slash ones.
    >> Can you please explain with example or screenshots?

    The site load speed issue is because you have several URLs returning 404 error – https://www.screencast.com/t/ZxSIdEijU
    It’s because the HMWP rules in htaccess file are not being followed. Can you please let us know your site’s FTP credentials as private reply so that we can look into the htaccess? Thanks!

    Hi, I checked your site and I do not see any 404 error in the frontend. HMWP is active and settings applied (also wp-admin renamed to panel).
    Please let me know if I’ve missed anything.

    Hi, unfortunately there’s no option to export the IDS log. But the logs are stored in separate table (hmwp_ms_intrusions) in database, so may be you can export from there directly.

    Hi, please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply. Also make sure that you have latest version 5.5.7 and “auto configuration” is enabled in Replace Tools tab.

    Hi, first make sure that the site’s nginx config file is the correct one. Then please add HMWP rules within the “server{}” block in Nginx config file, and restart nginx server. Let us know.
