Hi, there seems to be some issue with HMWP in your website. I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support so that he can look into it further.
Hi, please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue further. Also, the FTP details please.

Hi, we haven’t tested HMWP yet in such environment. But we believe that it should work. Let us know if you come across any issue.
Hi, please follow these steps:
– in HMWP start tab, set “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsNote: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue further.

If you’re not able to access backend then let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details so that we can look into the issue further.
