Hi, I could login but it seems like modified dashboard, I couldn’t see default WP menus. I wanted to activate HMWP plugin and check.
Alright! Let us know if you have any other issues regarding the plugin.
Hi, it seems like HMWP is disabled, so we couldn’t check. Can you please let us know your website backend details (as private message) so that we can have a look at the issue.
Hi, there seems to be space in your theme name “megahost 1.6”; please remove the space.
And the rewrite rules added in your htaccess isn’t correct. Was it added automatically by HMWP plugin or you manually added it? If renaming theme name doesn’t solve the issue, then please let us know the FTP details so that we can check htaccess.Hi mr.me, if setting permission to 644 for the htaccess file does not help then please follow these steps:
1) make a copy of your original htaccess file
2) goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
3) open htaccess file and copy HMWP plugin’s rules (lines between RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L] and RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f)
4) Now in your original htaccess file add the lines you copied in step 3 (betwwen the same lines where it is copied from)
5) make htaccess file read-onlyNote: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server.
If you are still having issue then please let us know your website’s backend details and FTP details so that we can fix it for you.

Hi, can you please let me know your website URL and the page where I can see this issue? Leave HMWP plugin active so that I can check.
Hi, it seems like you have disabled HMWP plugin in your website, so could test much there.
Please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
Also, are you using any plugin for Minification of js/css?
web.config looks good. Can you please confirm with your host the web.config file location for your website?
Now whenever I login with http://www.runipsys.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 it redirects to 404 not found page. It used to work before. Have you made any changes there?
Hi, first of all, can you please change the uploads path form /medias/ to /wp-content/uploads/? Then only I can do some testing there. Thanks.
For IIS, you simply have to follow these steps:
– upload and activate HMWP plugin
– in HMWP settings, start tab, select ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save settings.
– in start tab click on “IIS configuration” button and follow guide to update web.config file. (web.config is located in WP root directory and you should use FTP to update it. Note that you may need to update this file whenever you change settings or install a new plugin or theme)In your case, after saving settings in HMWP plugin, the CSS breaks. This means HMWP plugin has actually masked/changed the wordpress default paths, but the rules you have added in your web.config file is not working somehow.
Can you please confirm with your host the web.config file location? Also can you please send us your web.config file before and after adding HMWP rules, as zipped file.
If you check the page source, these two files’ URL is:
http://fittabodiesgym.puddesign.netdna-cdn.com/skin_main/inc/assets/css/blue.min.css
http://fittabodiesgym.puddesign.netdna-cdn.com/other/js/jquery/jquery.jsMay be this is causing the issue. Try setting the uploads path to wordpress default path and see if the upload works.
When I checked the website page source, everything looks good. For example: http://fittabodiesgym.puddesign.netdna-cdn.com/other/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js
