Hi, I checked the website page source and the images have path http://www.byafra.com/arquivo/… (arquivo – specified in HMWP). I cannot see any images with path like http://www.byafra.com/images/…

Hi, I enabled HMWP plugin and checked the site, everything is working fine. I’ve disabled the plugin now!

Hi, HMWP plugin seems to be conflicting with Use-your-drive plugin. Please give us some time to look into this. Also, you can raise support ticket (regarding error http://gyazo.com/01bcbc2f110897af7695e61bc95a174b) with Use-your-drive plugin’s author, so that it’ll be helpful to know what exactly is throwing the error.

Hi, I haven’t changed any settings in HMWP plugin. It’s “medium privacy more compatibility scheme” that is applied.

You can hide wp-less by using “Replace in HTML” option in general settings tab. Simply add a line below in replace in HTML box:
    wp-less=your-text

As I explained above, you should be careful not to replace CSS class and IDs used by theme.

Hi, the website is working now. I’ve disabled WP Rocket’s Minify option and then applied Medium privacy more compatibility scheme in HMWP plugin.

We checked the theme options and saw that the image path is not editable there, unfortunately!

So the issue can be solved by following the steps below:
In your website’s root directory create directories: uploads >> 2015 >> 05; and upload image http://alexeysolin.com/file/2015/05/top_bg.png; so that the image path is /uploads/2015/05/top_bg.png

It would be helpful if you can also provide us with wp-admin login details

There should be some option to change the image path in theme options. It would have been lot easier to solve the issue if we have had access to website backend. May be you can setup a demo website for us with the same theme?

Hi, first of all, make sure you have followed these steps:

    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’
    scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

And, if you are using Minify option in WP Rocket, please disable it (HMWP plugin is currently not compatible with WP rocket if minify used).

Hi Zeus, I have found the issue. It’s because of the relative path specified in CSS file (see attachment).

    Try one of the following:
    – try changing “New upload path” value from “/file” to “/file/somedirname” in Permalink & URLs tab. (e.g. /file/f); Or
    – try changing the image path to “../../../file/2015/04/top_bg.png” in WP backend theme options, if available.
