I can see that you have multiple configurations disabled in the HMWP plugin which may cause this issue. Have you tried these:
Permalinks -> Rename Plugins -> Only Active Plugins Replace Tools -> Auto Configuration
Please select dynamic hooks for this module and clear the cache.

Please check if our api server is reachable from your web host. API server is – api.wpwave.com
