There are no changes, the module should simple stop working. Did you make any changes to SEO rules in PS manually?

Also, check if you have any restrictions on outbound access to port 80,443 to our api server at api.wpwave.com.

No need to download anything, the change was pushed a week ago. Your installation must have been synced by now, can you please try the DB back up and let us know.

Sorry about the delay, we did push an update to the rule base, let me know if that helps with the Clam AV.
