    Hi, yes, Dev is looking into it. You may deactivate HMWP plugin for now so that you can work on other pages.

    Hi, in your screenshot https://support.wpwave.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/screenshot-putrapeduli-homepage-source-code.png, it’s a different wordpress site/domain putrapeduli.or.id/wp-content/uploads/… Please upload the images in your site/server and reference it from there.

    I’ve made few changes to the HMWP configuration:
    – enabled ‘rename plugins’ option in permalinks & urls tab
    – enabled ‘auto configuration’ in replace tools tab
    – added some replacement in replace tools tab to remove text added by some plugins.

    Please check and let us know.

    I tried to add purchase code in HMWP settings page but it doesn’t get saved. In fact, non of the settings in HMWP is being saved. Can you please check if this issue is with HMWP plugin only or other plugins too in your site?

    Hi, can you please let us know the detailed error message that you are getting? Also, please try emptying out “Ajax URL” field in HMWP Permalinks & urls tab.

    You are using images from 3rd party wordpress websites like – https://airflow-images.com/auto/wp-content/uploads/revslider/cardealer-slider-1/ec416-03-huydai.png
    Please upload the images in your server/site and reference it from there.

    Hi, can you please generate debug report report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

    If you have added HMWP rules and restarted Nginx server, but the site breaks then it’s most probably that HMWP rewrite rules are not being correctly added in Nginx config. Can you please contact your hosting provider regarding where exactly HMWP rules are being added?
