I think you have enabled all the required settings.

– apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab
– disable “Directory List” option in General settings tab
– disable “Hide PHP Files” option in General settings tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab
– if it’s still the issue then try disabling IDS option in IDS Firewall tabLet us know!

You can add the replacements accordingly. The issue was with the replacement you added:
wp-content/themes/thegem/style.css ==> mainstyleI removed it and now the icons are displayed fine. The above replacement is not required as settings in “Permalinks & urls” tab with take care of it.

Please do these:
– apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab
– set “rename plugins” option to all plugins in Permalinks & urls tab
– enable “auto configuration” option in Replace tools tabLet us know!
Hi, we’ve addressed this issue, and the next version of HMWP (which will be out in few days) will take care of it
