Hi, it seems like your site’s .htaccess file is not writable. Hence, you’ll need to manually update htaccess file with HMWP rules by clicking on “manual configuration” button in HMWP General Settings tab. I applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme in HMWP and added rules in htaccess file, and it seems to be working fine.
But Borlabs Cache plugin seems incompatible with HMWP. When Borlabs Cache is active WP default paths are not being renamed, and when I deactivate it all WP paths are being renamed correctly. We recommend you to use other cache plugins like WP super cache, WP fastest cache, autoptimize, WP Rocket, etc.
