It seems like the conflict with plugin NKS-subscription. Can you please deactivate this plugin for sometime and see if HMWP gets deactivated again?

“kaoberco.pem” was not attached as the file type is not permitted. Can you please attach it as Zip file?

I tried to login to backend but while logging in it displayed error “you must verify you are human”, but there was nothing to verify!
And when I reloaded the login URL I got error – https://www.screencast.com/t/mlxKXaRW

Can you please check it? FTP works fine.

Hi ton, you need not pay extra for the support. I just checked your site’s page source and all WP stuffs seems hidden there, but isitwp.com still detects it as WP site.
Can you please provide us with your site’s server access log of 3rd September (do attach as text file) so that we can check what isitwp.com is accessing?

Hi, currently there’s no option to change the email address to send alerts to. It’s by default sent to site admin, or else you can turn it off from IDS Firewall tab.
