September 2, 2018 at 3:21 pm in reply to: iThemes, All-in-One-WP-Security, NinjaFirewall and BulletProof Security plugins #23122Hi, we recommend you to apply these settings in HMWP:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsNote: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (you can change secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from general settings tab)
All looks good! Where can I find “/wordpress/inc.css”? I couldn’t see it in homepage https://www.network-generation.be/
The WP rules in htaccess is not for WP multisite. Please check here for correct one – https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess
This reply has been marked as private.Adding the following replacement in “replace in html” option should fix the issue:
/wordpress/inc.css ==> /wordpress/wp-content.css
Clear the cache if you have any caching plugin. If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further.
Hi, first of all, make sure that you check the site in logged out state.
1) Add following replacement in “replace urls” option under replace tools tab:
wp-blog-header.php ==> blog-header2) Add following replacement in “replace urls” (if you have rename ‘wp-includes’ to ‘other’)
wp-includes\class-wp-hook.php ==> hook3) it’s not recommended to replace function name
4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11) what exactly do you want to replace here? It’s not recommended to replace css class names.
7) Add following replacement in “replace in html”
woocommerce-layout-inline-css ==> wc-layout-inline-css9) Add following replacement in “replace urls”
wp-content/plugins/PLUGIN_FOLDER/assets/js/vendors/woocommerce-add-to-cart.js ==> wc-add-to-cart.jsMore info regarding the replacements here – https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-amazing-security-plugin-for-wordpress/4177158/faqs/20827
September 2, 2018 at 12:19 pm in reply to: iThemes, All-in-One-WP-Security, NinjaFirewall and BulletProof Security plugins #23113Hi, HMWP is compatible with these security plugins. However, make sure that you don not enable common/similar feature in two or more plugins.
Also, why would you want to have all 3 security plugins iThemes security, Bulletproof security and All in one WP security? It’ll only complicate the things rather than making the site secure. We recommend you to have any one of these plugins along with HMWP.
Hi, is the issue already resolved for you? Do let us know. Thanks!
Hi, good to know that Ajax issue is now resolved. Regarding isitwp.com, Dev team will get back to you in few days (they seem to be busy recently).
Hi, if you change Login URL (in permalinks & urls tab) then it should rename forget url password too.
Make sure that you enter simply “login” without slash (/) in “Change Login URL” field. Also you should not enable change login path feature in any other plugin or theme to avoid conflict.Hi, can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can check it. Also let us know where (page url) we can check the image upload issue.
