And yes, you can rename the default WP paths to the names you want anytime (from HMWP Permalinks & URLs tab), and they should be auto updated in htaccess file.

Regarding WP being detected by isitwp.com, I’ve assigned it to Dev. Team so that they can look further into it.
First thing is WordPress won’t allow to upload SQL file. Secondly, it’s just a text pattern that wordpress has suggested as virus. To be sure, please scan the SQL with using other Antivirus software.

Hi, you’ll need to check the site in logged out state. I have added a replacement under “replace in html” under Replace Tools tab. But still wappalyzer is detecting wordpress (but no plugins are being detected). We’ll check further and get back to you.
Hi, which tool you are using to check if the site uses WP or not? And can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can set up the plugin for you?
