    Hi, we would like to let you know that HMWP doesn’t contain any virus and is safe to use. In above screenshot, the potential virus was detected in SQL file. So you’ll first need to find out where that virus/code is actually coming from by manually scanning the SQL file.

    Hi, WP rules were duplicated in htaccess file – https://www.screencast.com/t/F1C1xpGAE
    I removed the duplicate rules and applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme and it’s working fine.
    Please check and let us know.

    Hi, please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab. Clear the cache if you have any cache Plugin. Now check your website.

    If it’s broken then let us know the following :
    1) debug report from HMWP start tab
    2) your site’s htaccess file’s content

    Hi, I tried to login to your website with above credentials but it’s still in Maintenance mode even after logging in.

    Please set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in Permalinks & urls tab; and enable “auto configuration” option in Replace Tools tab.

    Note: You need to check your website in logged out state.

    Hi, it’s not the cloudflare issue, it’s conflict with the theme being used. And unfortunately, as the issue couldn’t be resolved we recommend you to apply for the refund via your Envato Panel. Thanks for your understanding.

    You actually want to unblock those google requests right? So why have you blocked the country?
    Block threshold value 30 is less sensitive than 20.
    One more thing you can do is go to Dashboard >> Intrusions, hover over the request(s) that you want to unblock and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.

    Hi, please set “Block Threshold” value to 30 or 40 in IDS Firewall tab and check if it’s still the issue or not. Let us know.
