    Hi, can you please check your site’s server error log for the detailed error info regarding the 503 error? If you are not sure where the server error log is, then please contact your Hosting Provider regarding it.

    I checked again and it works when you are logged in, but still issue as normal visitor.
    I could see that the PHP Memory limit is only 40M. Can you please try increasing memory limit to 256M?

    Hi, it’s working now. Please check.

    The issue was with the site’s permalink structure. I just clicked on “save” button in the page below and the issue got resolved.

    What exactly do you want to hide? Make sure that you check the site in logged out state.
    You can use “replace in html” option under Replace Tools tab to replace the text/comments in the site’s page source.

    If the setup is similar in live-network, then export the current HMWP settings by clicking on “export current settings” button in Start tab and then save it in a text file. Then you can later import these settings in your live-network.

    Hi, if you have once purchased HMWP then the updates are free for lifetime. Please, login to your Envato Panel and download the latest version of HMWP from there.

    In that case please enable “customized htaccess” option in General Settings tab (this will disable auto update of htaccess file by HMWP). You then need to click on ‘Manual Configuration’ button in General Settings tab and add HMWP rules manually in htaccess file.

    It seems like WP Rocket has removed/deprecated one of it’s functions. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further?

    If the subfolder name is “abcxyz” then it should be actually – RewriteBase /abcxyz/
    Please try changing the RewriteBase as above and let us know.

    Hi Maxtitov, the debug report attachment failed! You need to attach as Text file, or else paste the debug report here itself. And the WPRocket settings attachment is in different language that we don’t understand. Can you please goggle translate and then take screenshot?
