Hi, make sure you have custom permalink set in your site’s backend (Settings >> Permalinks).
If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

Hi, both “/wp-content/plugins/xxx/abc.js” and “/ext/xxx/abc.js” should be valid. Please let us know your website url and where exactly can we check/see the issue?
