If you use child theme, then for parent theme “template_main” will be used and “template” for child theme. All the settings/config look good. Can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue further.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, you’ll have the URL like http://www.yourdomain.com/storage/2016/01/image.jpg only if you have specified “storage” as “New upload path” under HMWP permalinks & urls tab. But for you, is it that you’ve set “New upload path” as “files” but you are seeing “storage” in the URLs? if so, please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

Hi, I have set “Rename plugins” option under HMWP permalinks & urls tab to “all plugins” and it seems to be okay now.
Hi, can you please check your site’s error log and let us know the error message related to HMWP plugin.
When I view the site’s page source I cannot see any occurrence of word “wp-content”. Can you please send the screenshot, and also let us know which tool you are using.

Please try clearing your browser cache or try in another browser.Hi, I cannot access the login page. Please let us know the correct login URL.
I could see that you are using older PHP version (5.2.17). Can you please update it to 5.4 or higher? You might need to contact your hosting provider for this. Let us know if the issue still exists.
