I was connecting to wrong FTP (from another ticket of yours). Now I have connected to correct one. I tried changing the permission of .htaccess file to 644 and then applied HMWP settings. I see that HMWP rules are correctly written in htaccess file, but when I try to access the site then all the content of htaccess is set to default and file permission changes back to 444 (not writable). Do you know why this is happening? Can you please check with your hosting provider?

Hi, I’ve assigned this ticket to the Sr. Support so that he can look further into it.
I checked your website’s page source and see that slider’s visibility is set to hidden. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, the issue has been resolved. For HMWP to work properly, custom permalink structure is required (http://www.yourdoamin.co.uk/wp-admin/options-permalink.php). I have set it to post-name and HMWP is working fine now.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
– goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable. Your new login URL will be http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

Regarding the replacement of css class names, in first place it’s not recommended, but if you have to then it needs to be done manually as it requires change in plugin’s file too. This is mentioned in the FAQ here too – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/20827
