    Hi, please follow these steps and re-confirm the secret code you have entered in HMWP settings:
    – rename “hide_my_wp” plugin folder name under /wp-content/plugins/
    – login to wp-admin
    – rename back “hide_my_wp” plugin to it’s original name
    – goto HMWP general settings tab and check the secret code

    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at it.

    Hi, adding a replacement in “replace in html” will not replace the text in .css files. The replacement will be done only in the page source.
    Can you please show us with the screenshot where the replacement shall not be done for you?

    Hi, if you could let us know which functionalities are conflicting, we could help you fix it.
    Also, try emptying out “AJAX URL” field under permalinks & urls tab.

    The above FTP details work, but http://www.shyaviation.com/remote/ is still redirecting to http://www.shyaviation.com, and I cannot access http://www.shyaviation.com/wp-admin/ and http://www.shyaviation.com/wp-login.php as well. Please let us know how can we access the backend so that we can set up HMWP for you.

    Hi, the above rule I mentioned might not be the exact rule (I’ve not tested it). I’m not a pro at nginx rules, but you can do hit and trial to see if the rule works. And since it’s related to MyMail we highly recommend you to contact MyMail support. Thanks!

    Hi, HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

    Note: If in case, valid request is also listed as intrusion then hover over that request name and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.

    I deactivated HMWP plugin, but still the pages return 404 error. Can you please check? Also, please try setting your htaccess content to WP default (https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess)

    Hi, are you getting access denied only while clicking Nginx configuration button in start tab? Are other settings being saved? Please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

    Hi, did you try settings “compress page” option to simple minify or quick minify under “source code” tab?
