Hi, it seems like the table “xxxxxxx_hmwp_ms_intrusions” is not available in your database.
Please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP > Start tab and do “Export current settings” and save it somewhere.
– update to latest version 4.54 of HMWP
– activate HMWP plugin
– goto HMWP > Start tab and import settings (from previously saved settings)But your previous logs won’t be available.
This reply has been marked as private.Yes, I can see that rules are glued to another rules. Please do this:
1) replace htaccess with default WP htaccess
2) login to wp-admin
3) goto HMWP settings page and click “reset settings to wp” button
4) apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings
5) if everything works fine, the you can change the WP path names to what you want in HMWP settings. You’ll need to repeat step 1 after each request
Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
Hi, can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details as Private Reply so that we can look into the issue further.
Hi, these seem to be malicious requests (possible hack attempts). But you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block such malicious requests depending upon their Impact level.
For changing PHP version you’ll need to contact your hosting provider.

In Permalinks settings, if I select any other option than default, it’s adding index.php. It’s seems to server config related. Please contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.
Hi, I have to make some replacements under replace tolls tab. Also I have disable WP fastest cache plugin as this does not allow to change the cache path (uses /wp-content/ path by deafult). You can use other plugins like WP super cache or W3 Total Cache (http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17774)
I’ve assigned this ticket to Sr. support to have further look into it. He shall get back to you soon.

Hi, make sure that Permalinks is set to custom in your wordpress backend.
If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website details as private reply so that we can look into it further. You have to follow these steps for WP multisite and Apache server:
1) goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
2) goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> click ‘Multi-site Configuration’
3) now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ […])
You have to overwrite the lines if HMWP rules has been already added there. As it’s multisite setup you’ll need to update htaccess file manually (steps 1 and 2 above) each time you save any settings in HMWP, add/edit theme or plugins.
If in case you are using minify option in W3 Total cache you’ll need a manual update as mentioned here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17774
