Hi, is Minfy option also enabled in W3TotalCache? If so then you need a manual setting as mentioned here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17774
For hiding plugin names please set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” under permalinks & URLs tab.
Can you please post/attach your htaccess (as text file) here? Also, generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
Hi, please try renaming the zip file to a short name and extract again. If it’s still the issue then let us know.
After login, I do not have access to Netwrok Admin Dashboard, and hence couldn’t check HMWP settings. Also let us know the FTP details as private reply.
Hi, for making timthumb inages to work with HMWP, please follow the steps as mentioned here http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/16224
If you are still having issue then please let us know your website backend details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at it further.
Hi, please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP’s Start tab and select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and click ‘Save Settings”
– goto HMWP’s Permalinks & URLs tab and set “Rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and click “Save Settings”Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
This should hide wordpress, theme and plugins. Let us know the result.
I cleared the Cache and now http://www.yourdomain.com/login/ is not working, and http://www.yourdomain.com/{newpath}/ works.
Hi, I’ve already replied here http://support.wpwave.com/forums/topic/problems-with-twenty-fifteen-child-theme
Let’s connect there!Hi, I logged in but I couldn’t find – My Sites >> Netwrok Admin >> Dashboard
Also, as it’s WP multisite you have to manually update your htaccess file (if Apache webserver).
Follow these steps:
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> click ‘Multi-site Configuration’
– now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ […])Hi, what settings did you apply in HMWP? And is wp theme being detected with whatwpthemeisthat.com and wpthemedetector.com?
Also, we would like to let you know that wpthemedetector.co.uk is our competitor and it updates it’s detection algorithm as soon as we release new version of HMWP. So it’s like every version we update our code so that WP is not detected by wpthemedetector.co.uk, but then it can easily go through our plugin code and update it’s algorithm accordingly.
August 5, 2015 at 5:12 am in reply to: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuratio #3994Hi, can you please try this:
– goto HMWP Start Tab and click “reset settings to WP” button
– select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and click ‘Save Settings’Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
Let us know if you get the error after applying this settings.
yes, auto update won’t work if you have HMWP version like 4.511 or 4.521. You’ll need to follow the steps as mentioned above by ibergag. Also you can opt for manual update.
– first goto HMWP > Start tab and do “Export current settings” – save it somewhere.
– download latest HMWP version, and delete hide_my_wp plugin folder from /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
– using FTP/cpanel upload latest hide_my_wp plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
– goto website backend and activate HMWP plugin.
– goto HMWP > Start tab and import settings (from previously saved settings)August 4, 2015 at 11:25 am in reply to: Layer Slider Images are not visible / Portfolio Images / Remove HTML comments #3987I checked your site and it looks all okay!
August 4, 2015 at 9:25 am in reply to: Layer Slider Images are not visible / Portfolio Images / Remove HTML comments #3984It’s not recommended to rename class names and javascript variables names, as it might break site’s css and/or functioning. If in case you replace such names, then check your site thoroughly, and revert back if any issue.
Yes, you should put it in “replace in html” option.
One thing you can do is set “rename plugins” to ‘all plugin” in permalinks & urls tab.
To replace add following in “replace urls” option:
wp-content/uploads/us_custom_css/us_impreza_custom_styles.css (in left side box)
usimpcustom.css (in right side box)To remove “us-theme_impreza_1-11-2”, add following in “replace html” option:
us-theme_impreza_1-11-2 (in left side box, and select ‘remove’)But you may not replace word impreza in “imprezawhitehugeshadow” as this is used as css class and replacing might break site’s css. However, you can try replacing and check if everything works fine and nothing breaks. If it breaks the css then do not replace.
And regarding REVOLUTION SLIDER, I can still see it in page source line no. 270 & 327. Did you addd replacement for “REVOLUTION SLIDER” in HMWP replace in html option?
