Hi, thanks for contacting us. I’ll help you with the plugin setup. Such issue usually occurs due to conflict in htaccess file. Are you using Apache server? The import options box will be blank after you have applied the settings. You can check your settings in other tabs like ‘Hiding’ and ‘Permalinks’. The options should have been set there. If there’s still confusion then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into it for you. Thanks!

Hi, I checked it and it’s htaccess issue. Several rules were being duplicated there. I have fixed it and the site is working fine now with HMWP activated. Please check and let us know.

I have another problem that is the admin path, usually it’s wp-admin and I can not access the site Error404, I would like to keep this way, how to leave it?

I have the impression that all the changes are not taken into account because when I pay it erases everything and I can not get to know WP-admin and I always see YOAST

I checked your site and wordpress is not being detected there using wappalyzer – https://www.screencast.com/t/nC6jrwnr9xpi
But with builtwith, wordpress is being detected in your site. I’ll check this further and get back to you.
