    It’s usually because of the file paths used in css. In this case it’s looking for the font file in https://www.meqqui.it/themes/woodmart/fonts/woodmart-font.woff2
    So, one quick solution would be to copy the font files to this location (by creating directories required) – https://www.meqqui.it/themes/woodmart/fonts/

    Another option is to copy the css code that includes these font files, add it in “Internal CSS” section under Source Code tab in HMWP, and then change the font paths there to new ones.

    Hi, currently there is no purchase code entered in HMWP settings. Please add your purchase code there. We’ll check it for you.

    Is it possible someway to check which of my 7 plugin licences is connected with this specific website? I can not see anywhere on your support panel this option.

    I can not understand if the settings of the plugin are suddenly dissapeared or not.
    >> If you deactivate and then activate HMWP plugin, then it’s settings will be reset. You’ll need to click on “undo previous settings” button in HMWP Start Tab.

    Can you please try clearing browser cache, or try using another PC. There should not be any such browser related issue with HMWP.

    Hi, did you also rename wp-admin path name in HMWP settings? Can you please try renaming “hide_my_wp” plugin folder within /wp-content/plugins/ directory? Let us know!

    Hi, is it issue only with “/wp-content/uploads”? Can you please try adding following replacement in “Replace in HTML” section under Replace Tools tab:

    /wp-content/uploads ==> /file

    Note: Do clear the cache.

    Hi beeriz, the issue seems to be specific to your site. We tried to replicate the issue at our end with same combination of plugins, and we are not getting such error.

    Thanks! Can you please disable renaming wp-admin path name for now? If I disable HMWP plugin then again I’ll be blocked out of backend.

    Yes, you can change the secret key from HMWP general settings tab. Also, you may change the login url from Permalinks & urls tab (“change login url” option)
