Hi, I’ve set to rename the plugins in HMWP Permalinks tab now. Please check and let us know.

If I switch it off and then switch on, will the settings stay the same?

Yes, it’ll be difficult to configure HMWP if you don’t have full access of nginx config file.
I have applied the settings in HMWP plugin now. Please click on Nginx Configuration button and add those rules in Nginx config and restart Nginx.

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please try disabling Anti-spam option in HMWP Hiding tab. If it’s still the issue then please disable IDS option in Protection tab. Let us know! Thanks!

Hi, I logged into your website, activated HMWP plugin, but could see that HMWP purchase code hasn’t been added in the Start tab – https://www.screencast.com/t/QS0a67Zo0P
Can you please add your purchase code there? If it’s still the issue then do let us know your HMWP purchase code as private reply.

Hi, I logged into your website and could see that you are using Nginx webserver. In such case you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules in nginx config file and restart Nginx. Hi, please make sure that you enter HMWP purchase code in HMWP Start tab (after activating the plugin). If you are still having the issue then please let us know your site’s backend login details and HMWP purchase code (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue further.
