Are you sure that htaccess file is set to read-only mode? Can you please let us know your site’s FTP details (as private reply) so that we can check?

Hi, I checked your site but it seems like HMWP is disabled currently. Please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” setting scheme from HMWP start tab. And let us know which pages have Internal Server Error issue.

Also, generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

Please follow these steps:

– apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab
– set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ from Permalinks & URls tab.

Hi, it’s fine if you do not use jetpack.

But the main issue is that the duplicate rules are being auto added to htaccess file (see my screenshot above), and I’m not sure from where it is being added. So first of all to make sure that WP rules are not duplicated in htaccess, you’ll need to make the htaccess file readonly. After that we can configure HMWP for you.
