The settings look fine. Can you please send us your site’s server access log for 20 Sep & 21 Sep, 2018? We want to check what builtwith.com is accessing in your site.

This reply has been marked as private.HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.
In above case, as the Total Impact is only 5, the request is not blocked.
This reply has been marked as private.Those 2 lines are not error. To remove these deprecated notice you can add the following code in the site’s wp-config.php file or theme’s functions.php file (after error_reporting(E_ALL ^ (E_NOTICE | E_DEPRECATED));
However, we’ll be fixing this deprecated function in next version of the plugin.
Regarding product order issue, we’ll check further and get back to you.

Also make sure that you are editing correct Nginx config file (you can ask your Hosting provider for the correct location of nginx config file for the site)
