Hi, please try these:
1) Try adding the following line to your wp-config.php file (add after database settings):
define("WP_MEMORY_LIMIT", "512M");2) If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
memory_limit = 512M;3) Or in the site’s .htacess file add the following line:
php_value memory_limit 512M4) if it’s still the issue then please contact our hosting provider.

This reply has been marked as private.Yes, those are exactly the 2 things I did.
I have now set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ and added some replacements under Replace Tools tab. Also you’ll need to check the site in logged out state. Some occurrences of ‘codevz’ are still there as CSS class name like ‘codevzpagecontent-1’, is not recommended to be replace (as it might break the site)
Can you please check now?
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, it’s most probably the script conflict with one of the other plugins. To check the issue, I tried to login to your site’s backed using above credentials, but it says “Invalid username/password”.
This reply has been marked as private.Yes, change them to different names (right now both are set to ‘rootcp’). Let us know if any issue.
Hi, please set “Rename Plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in HMWP Permalinks & URLs tab. And regarding hiding style.css, can you please let us know which one exactly it is (Full URL or Screenshot will be helpful)?
Hi, it’s upto you to provide us with login details or not! But there’s nothing hilarious about it, as we and other support forums do ask for login details to check the issue, You provide us with login details doesn’t mean we’ll misuse it anyways. But as I said earlier, it’s completely your choice and we respect that.
Regarding the issue, please let us know the HMWP purchase codes (as private reply) that you are having issue with. If the issue cannot be resolved then you’ll surely get the refund. Thanks!
Hi, I already mentioned above that renaming script variables like ‘publisher_theme_global_loc’ is not recommended as it might break the site’s functionality.
Hi, I could see that you have renamed both “wp-admin” and “wp-login.php” to ‘rootcp’. Can you please give different names to both and check?
If your theme has feature to rename login path and wp-admin path then please disable it.This reply has been marked as private.Hi, applying Medium Privacy settings is causing number of conflicts in your site. Hence, I’ve applied Light privacy settings and enabled some other settings. I’ve also added the replacements under Replace Tools tab. Please check.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, are you having this issue with both of the licenses in both of your sites? Make sure you copy the license code without any white space.
If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further. Also let us know your HMWP purchase code as private reply. -
