Applying “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab should fill in all those fields with default values. For example, ‘ext’ for New Plugin Path. You can then change these to the names of your choice. Yes, please set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’
Hi, the issue is not related to HMWP (we checked it thoroughly and login paths do return 404 error page). We believe the issue in your site is due to some check triggered via some plugin, theme or server settings.
Hi, can you please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply? Thanks!
We’d like to hide one specific plugin (WC appointment, by Bizz Theme) and our Theme (Flatsome + Child theme).
Should we also change their folder names in Cpanel as well? And what about the settings below, are they useful for hiding this particular plugin and themes? Best regards,
>> Physically renaming files/folders is not recommended. We recommend you to set “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab, and then set “rename plugin” option to ‘all plugins’ in permalinks & urls tab.*** Replace \/ URLs
>> Please set this option to ‘For theme, plugins and uploads’
If in case any issue then we can check it for you.*** Directory List
>> Keep this option checked*** Hide PHP Files
>> Keep this option unchecked (some plugins may require direct access to PHP files)And we recommend you not to enable options with “*”, as those options are in experimental state.

Hi, please check my comments below.
*** Trusted user rules
► Should we check all those “Trusted user rules” boxes ?
>> Yes, please.*** Replace Mode
We use Total Cache.
► Should we choose Full Page ?
>> Yes*** Hide Login Page
► Can you confirm please ?
>> You have login link in the menu bar, so you won’t need to tell it to everyone.*** Full Hide
► Does it work ? Is it safe to use it ?
>> You may keep it disabled.*** Hide Other Files
May it break some functionality of other plugins ?
>> No, it won’t*** CDN Path – Email sender name – Email sender address
We use CloudFlare CDN and Post SMTP Plugin.
► Should we fill in those fields? What is the purpose of them?
>> For cloudflare cdn you don’t need to fill in CDN Path. Please fill in Email sender name and Email sender address*** Canonical Redirect
► Can we check this “Canonical Redirect” box ?

If the login url is http://www.domain.com/test then you want logout url to be different (like http://www.domain.com/logout), right?
Currently this is not possible via HMWP. http://www.domain.com/test is login url and hence the logout url will also be the same only (with parameter “action=logout”). For this you can use Theme My Login plugin.
I think you misunderstood my statement in my previous comment. I was able to login fine.
In your very first comment, the issue you mentioned was – “(wp-admin and wp-login.php) we receive an unauthorized error:
expected result is 404.”.
So, in my previous comment I said that wp-admin and wp-login.php are returning 404.This reply has been marked as private.Hi, yes, you can use “replace in html” and “replace urls” options under Replace Tools tab.
