Hi, if you see the message “It seems there is no writable htaccess file in your WP directory”, it means that your site’s .htaccess file (in your site’s root directory) is not auto writable. You’ll need to give write permission to it (CHMOD 644), or else you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules in htaccess file (click on “manual configuration” button in General Settings tab and follow the steps).
Also, you are using very old version of HMWP plugin. Please, update it to the latest version 6.1

Then you can update it from ‘Dashboard >> Plugins’ section. Let us know if you are still having issue. Thanks!
