Yes, then you’ll need to add those requests to exception list.
I activated HMWP plugin, applied following settings and it’s working fine:
– in HMWP start tab, set “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and saved the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and saved the settingsLogin to backend as admin and in HMWP general settings tab set “trusted user role” for Editor (and for other roles if they too do login)
UPDATE (for sr. support):
With Medium Privacy settings, and “Replace Mode” set to ‘Partial (Quick)’ and “Anti-Spam” disabled, the download works but then website’s css breaks.
Hi, this is still in the update list. I’m assigning this ticket to sr. support so that he can prioritize it.

Hi, I didn’t get your question exactly.
You can take backup of database, theme and plugins, and do fresh install of wordpress. And then upload HMWP plugin and activate it.

Thanks for the screenshot. Is the issue right after activating HMWP or only after activating & applying settings in HMWP? Also, let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue. And how to regenerate the issue at our end?
