Hi, I followed these steps and it seems to be working fine:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsLet me know if there’s any specific issue.

“New style name” is set to “/dtemplate/dmain.css”; but “dtemplate” is already being used in “new theme path”. So please set “New style name” to something else like “dmain.css”If still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

HMWP is compatible with ithemes security. It could be htaccess issue. Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further.
Yes, you can export the settings and import it anytime. Also you can click on “restore previous settings” button in start tab.

Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
