    Hi, I followed these steps and it seems to be working fine:

    – in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
    – in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings

    Let me know if there’s any specific issue.

    Hi, can you please let us know what exactly is the error you are getting? Can you please try disabling IDS option under IDS firewall tab?

    Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option under HMWP IDS Firewall tab? If still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further. And also let us know the steps to regenerate the issue at our end.

    Hi,
    “New style name” is set to “/dtemplate/dmain.css”; but “dtemplate” is already being used in “new theme path”. So please set “New style name” to something else like “dmain.css”

    HMWP is compatible with ithemes security. It could be htaccess issue. Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further.

    Yes, you can export the settings and import it anytime. Also you can click on “restore previous settings” button in start tab.

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further.

    Hi, this is the requirement of HMWP plugin. And you should not worry as htaccess file is not viewable by anybody visiting your website.
