I have disabled few settings in HMWP and the above Optimizepress 3 page seems to be working fine now. Can you please check and let us know?

That usually happens when no HMWP purchase code is entered. Please enter your purchase code as mentioned above. Let us know if the issue appears again. Thanks!

Hi, it could be an issue related to .htaccess file. I see two instances of HMWP plugin in your site – https://www.screencast.com/t/omB1s8m0o
Can you please delete one of them? Also, please let us know your site’s FTP details (as private reply) so that we can check the htaccess. Thanks!

Hi, that’s quite strange! I logged into your site and could see that HMWP settings are intact, no issues. Also, I see that you have not entered your HMWP purchase code. Please add it first – https://www.screencast.com/t/soikbfTwlukJ

And regarding the issue, can you please let us know how often the settings gets reset, like after few hours or after few days?
