Hi, do you mean that you deleted HMWP plugin? And have you renamed wp-admin path name previously using HMWP? If so, you’ll need to remove line of code from wp-config.php file that you might have added while renaming wp-admin.
I’m not getting the issue exactly. Can you please explain in detail? Thanks!

Hi, your site can be infected with malware in several ways. No plugin/tool can ensure 100% safety from malware.
You can remove such malware using Wordfence itself or else you can use tool like Sucuri.

I had to let DIVI sign in to my site, and they were not able to, because of hide my wp.
    >> To resolve this, please set trusted user roles for the users in HMWP Hiding tab.

Then I did tried to activate them one by one – and when your plugin was activated, the issue is solved, images come back.
    >> This could be cache issue. Do you have any cache plugin active? If so , then please clear the cache after activating and deactivating HMWP plugin.

Hi, please go to Hide My WP >> Start Tab and enable/check “Clean Uninstall” option and save it. Now deactivate and delete HMWP plugin from Dashboard > Plugins section.

Hi, we have not tested HMWP with Malcare yet, but they should be compatible together. HMWP is compatible with other security plugins too.
You can have both the plugins enabled and let us know if in case any issue. Thanks!

Hi, I could login to your site and see that HMWP is deactivated there. So, it’s all WP default settings and hence HMWP shall not cause any issue related to managewp.com tool or any other plugins.

That’s strange. We are not having any such issue. Can you please let us know your site’s backend login details as private reply so that we can check this further? Thanks!
