Hi, you can enable Full Hide from HMWP Hiding tab. And as you are using Nginx server, you can ignore 2nd message. You’ll need to manually add/update HMWP rules in the site’s Nginx config file and restart Nginx.
February 11, 2020 at 7:18 pm in reply to: Plugin is not showing updates on the wordpress panel #29303Hi, what is the current version of HMWP plugin you are using in your site? Is HMWP purchase code entered in HMWP settings page (in start tab)?
Hi, it might not be possible to hide all the CSS class names as it might break the site’s functionality. Can you please send us the screenshots of what you want to hide so that we can check? Thanks!
Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. HMWP is compatible with the latest version of WP. Site could crash due to many reasons, and one of the main reasons is due to site’s htaccess rules. It could be that HMWP rules are not being added correctly in your site.
Can you please let us know your site’s backend login details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue? Also let us know your HMWP purchase code. Thanks!Sure! Keep us updated. Have a nice weekend.
Hi, I checked your site’s page source and HMWP seems to be working fine there along with CDN.
I checked it and it’s not working! I’ve assigned it to our dev team so that they can look further into the issue. I’ll get back to you on this. Thanks!

– disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP Hiding tab
– disable “Directory List” option in Hiding tab
– disable “Hide PHP Files” option in Hiding tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks tab
– empty out “API Base” and “API Query” fields in Permalinks tab
– if it’s still the issue then try disabling IDS option in Protection tabIn that case, we recommend you to enable the above setting, one at a time, so that we’ll know which settings is causing issue in your site.
And then disable that particular option which is causing issue.Let us know!

It’s needed to add the rules in the site’s Nginx config file (within server{} block) and restart nginx. Can’t we have direct access to the Nginx config? If not, then can you ask your hosting provider to send you the Nginx config file so that we can tell where exactly to put the rules. Thanks!
