    Hi, in permalinks & urls tab set “New wp-content path” field to something like “inc”

    In “replace in html” option under replace tools tab, add the following replacement:

    wp-content/ ==> inc/

    Hi, can you please check if all HMWP settings you have made is intact there. Also try clicking on “save settings” button.

    If still doesn’t work, then click on “reset settings to wp” button and then follow these steps:
    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable. Your new login URL will be http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

    Hi, we checked it at our end, and yes there seems to be issue when W3TotalCache’s Object cache is enabled. I’ve notified the Sr. support regarding this issue, and we’ll be fixing this in the upcoming versions of the plugin.

    And for hiding Dashboard menu (admin bar) you can use plugin like Hide Admin Bar Toolbar.

    Hi, can you please check the intrusion log in your Dashboard >> Intrusions, and see if there’s any request related to login. If so, hover over that request and click on “Exclude” link. You may also try changing the password to something else. Let us know.

    Hi, can you please try disabling there – ‘Anti spam’ option under general settings tab, and ‘IDS’ option under IDS Firewall tab. Let us know the result.
