Hi, can you please try disabling “IDS” option under IDS Firewall tab? If this resolves the jetpack issue then please enable IDS and then goto menu – Dashboard >> Intrusions; hover over the request names (mentioned in your comment above) that is related to jetpack and click on “Exclude” link.

Hi, I entered “pa” in WP Rocket’s “Cache pages that use the following query strings” field under Advanced tab and it seems to be working fine now.
Hi, sorry for the delay. I tried at my end but didn’t work and sr. support has been busy. I’ve reminded him again regarding this. He shall get back to you on this. If we can’t resolve it then we’ll refund you back.
The following credentials doesn’t seem to be correct and I’m locked out now.
-user: suman
-pass: contact5Regarding file uploads issue can you please do this:
– empty out “New upload path” field in HMWP permalinks & urls tab
– enter text like /inc in “New wp-content path” fieldRegarding country blocking, what did you enter in “Blocked Countries Code” field? If you only want USA and Canada to have access to site then you’ll need to enter country codes of all
countries except USA and Canada.Regarding url replacement, do let us know the URLs that you still want to be masked in the page source. We’ll need valid backend login details to fix this.
I checked the site http://www.francosimonelli.com/, it’s working fine and default wordpress paths are also being replaced there. So I’m little confused what exactly is the problem there?
Hi, I tried activating the plugin but it seems like your site’s htaccess file is not writable. Please give write permission (755) to htaccess file and see if it works. If still the issue then let us know the FTP details so that we can look further into it.

Hi, we recommend not to replace css class names and IDs in the page source. But if you have to replace, then follow these steps (example to replace “#ff-stream-1”):
Add following replacement in “replace in html” option under replace tools tab:
#ff-stream-1 ==> #SomeName
Now in the corresponding plugin files, find and replace all occurrences of #ff-stream-1 with
#SomeNameHi, please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue further.
Setting notification threshold to 0 should not be giving internal server error. Is it that even your website homepage giving internal server error? Let us know your website URl as well.
It seems like the theme (or other plugin) is already replacing /wp-content/uploads path to /files and hence causing conflict when you specify /files for “new upload path” in HMWP settings. I think you can simply leave “new upload path” option blank.
Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
Hi, I tried accessing the original path “http://164.12d.mwp.accessdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/logo162black_.png” and it is giving 404 error. What is the original path for logo162black_.png before HMWP path replacement?
Also, generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
