    Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply. Also let us know the URL with query string that’s not working.

    And please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

    Hi, autoptimize does not allow to change the cache path. Make sure you have specified new name in “New wp-content path” field under permalinks & urls tab.

    Hi, HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS).
    You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

    Note: If in case, valid request is also listed as intrusion then hover over that request name and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.

    Hi, please check this FAQ regarding SEO – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/16131

    HMWP simply masks default WP urls using rewrite rules. Hence, the default URLs will still be accessible. For example: If the url http://www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/xyz.jpg is renamed to http://www.domain.com/file/2015/12/xyz.jpg; then both these URLs will be valid and accessible.

    Hi, we will look into this issue. Meanwhile you can solve it by adding following replacement in “replace in html” option under HMWP replace tools tab:

    "assets/ ==> "/assets/

    You can change “hide_my_wp=1234” from HMWP general settings tab.

    If disabling IDS solves the issue then please go to your site’s Dashboard >> Intrusions, and hover over the request name (related to jetpack) and click on Exclude link. There might be more than one request.

    If this doesn’t solve the issue then try changing “Block Threshold” value to 30 in IDS firewall tab.

    Hi, SB Welcome Email Editor plugin doesn’t seem to be working with latest version of WordPress. You’ll need to find similar plugin or look for custom solution.

    Good to know that it’s working now. We hope to make it compatible with older versions of PHP in the upcoming versions of the plugin.

    Hi, yes, there are some complications when it comes to nginx and wp multisite, and the reason why currently we do not support it. But hopefully we’ll come up with the solution in the upcoming versions of the plugin.
