Hi, thanks for contacting us. I checked your site and it’s WP multisite on Nginx server. Unfortunately, HMWP is not compatible with Multisite + Nginx setup. FAQ here – https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-amazing-security-plugin-for-wordpress/4177158/faqs/14735

You may use this license in another website or else you can apply for the refund via your Envato Panel. Thanks for your understanding!

There was conflict with some settings you have made previously. Please be careful if you rename wp-admin path name (you’ll need to follow the onscreen instructions carefully). I’ve reset the settings so should not be issue.

Hi, I didn’t get your question exactly! Do you want to block certain IP addresses? If so, you can do it by adding the IPs in “Blocked IPs” section under Protection tab.

Hi, thanks for contacting us. I could login to your site’s backend. Is it that the issue will come back if you activate HMWP plugin?
Have you renamed wp-admin path name in HMWP settings? Please also let us know your site’s FTP credentials so that we can fix it for you.
