Hi, we’ll have to check if renaming FacetWP plugin causes any issue! As of now you can choose to rename plugins but not add rewrite rules for FacetWP plugin.

I have applied “medium privacy more compatibility” scheme and it seems to work fine. Please add “Purchase Code” in HMWP settings page Start tab.

Can you please try enabling “Replace in AJAX” option under “Source Code” tab of HMWP settings page? Also try disabling IDS Firewall.

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s backend details so that we can look into the issue further.

To rename the plugins, please set “rename plugins” option under Permalinks & URLs tab to “all plugins”. And then check with wpthemedetector.com and let us know the result please.

Hi, yes, renaming wp-admin path is still in beta state and not officially supported yet.

In your site, I could see a reference to
http://leprodbeta.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/cropped-lemain_6.png wich is a wordpress site. Please upload that image to lockevent.com and reference it from there.

Hi, it seems to be malicious request (possible hack attempt). But you need not worry as HMWP PHP IDS will take care of this and will block such malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP PHP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in PHP IDS tab.

Yes, the credentials are correct, but after login when the directory is being retrieved I’m getting this error – “Failed to retrieve directory listing”.

Please check with your host regarding the issue.

The site cookie path seems to be the issue. I have added following lines in wp-config.php file and login works fine now.

define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘7030.wordpresshjaelpen.net’ );
define(‘COOKIE_DOMAIN’, ‘7030.wordpresshjaelpen.net’);
define(‘ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH’, ‘/’);

Hi, it’s because your site has several reference to another wordpress site http://prodesignpartner.com. For example: http://prodesignpartner.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/financial-planning-resized-600.png

You’ll either need to install HMWP plugin in the site http://prodesignpartner.com/ or upload those images to http://www.prodesignnow.com and reference it from there.
