Hi, this might not be possible as IgnitionDeck plugin might be using post_type=ignition_product for specific purpose in their code. Thanks!

Hi akincansenol, please check if it’s only purchase code that’s not being saved for you or none of the settings are being saved? Please let us know your website url. Thanks!

Hi trexma, I checked your site and everything’s working fine there. The settings are being saved, and even purchase code. Your site is now not detected as wordpress site by wpthemedetector.com, whatwpthemeisthat.com, etc.
Please try adding your purchase code there.

Hi, if you have also added a line to wp-config.php then you shall remove that as well. And line in the htaccess will be something like below. Comment out this line as well.
    RewriteRule ^your-new-name/(.*) /wp-admin/$1 [QSA,L]

Also, after saving HMWP settings, your default login path will be:
http://www.domain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234 (it can be changed from settings)

Hi mibono, it seems the wp-content visible is only for the path as below:

    http://www.mibono.de/wp-content/cache/pep-vn/static-files/…

Which cache plugin are you using? Also. I tried accessing your site backend but the credentials above is no more valid.

Hi, that’s quite strange! We’ll need to look into your website to know what exactly the issue is. Please provide us with your website backend details, as private message, so that we can have a look into this issue.

Hi, I checked the site and its source code, and everything looks fine. Also, your site is not being detected as wordpress site by tools like wpthemedetector.com and whatwpthemeisthat.com

Do let us know the URL of the site for which the above htaccess is. Also leave HMWP plugin active for that site.

Hi, unfortunately we still cannot access the FTP!

We can access wp-admin but it’s messed up (possibly css issue). Using FTP try to upload/replace “wp-includes” and “wp-admin” directories and their content.

If still not working, try deactivating the plugins one by one.

Hi, I checked and there’s some conflict when “wp-admin” name is changed in your site. I would also like to let you that, changing ‘wp-admin’ option is still in experiment mode (beta version), and no official support is provided to it.

However, other functionalities of HMWP plugin is working fine in your site. I’ve applied medium privacy scheme and admin login url is same as above.

Hi, move such files from /wordpress/wp-content/uploads/ (old) to /wp-content/uploads/ (new) so that the URL becomes http://www.gruppobianchetti.it/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/SOA-HQ-4694-GRUPPO-BIANCHETTI.pdf

And you’ll have to change the path of such PDF’s (from old to new) manually in your site.

Hi, please ollow these steps (assuming that it’s wp single site and apache server):

    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Pripacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’

Note: Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable
