    I checked your site but I cannot see such script error. May be HMWP is deactivated? Can you please activate it and let us know the page url where we can check the above script error.

    Regarding ‘hide_my_wp’ visible in the path, it’s issue in older version of the plugin which was fixed in latest version 5.6.2
    Make sure that you have latest version.

    I activated HMWP plugin in your site and the site seems to be working fine. Most probably you didn’t clear the cache (WP fastest cache)?

    Actually, it’s recommended to disable /wp-admin access. But in your case as you are using admin upload module in the frontend, disabling wp-admin will cause issue. So it’s always wise to use very strong password (and username too).

    You can find “Hide Admin” option in HMWP’s General Settings tab – https://www.screencast.com/t/wzpOG5Ee. But with this option disabled the login page will be accessible via /wp-admin

    Please check now. The issue was because you have incorrectly added replacement in “Replace URLs” section.

    Hi, regarding the script error, please try emptying out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab.

    I notice that when disabling the plugin, the htaccess file doesn’t get updated to remove hmwp’s changes. I have to first reset them via hmwp using the WP reset button, then disable the plugin.

    Looks to be a problem with your update checking code.
    >> We are already aware of this and will be fixed in the next version.

    Why is the HMWP folder being referenced in the screenshot path still ‘hide_my_wp’ even after hiding plugin names?
    >> Where exactly? Make sure that you are using the latest version (5.6.2) of the plugin.

    But I don’t see where to edit Nginx config file there? I need these two things:
    – site’s nginx config file (for adding HMWP rules)
    – restart nginx config file

    Please let me know from where exactly I can achieve the above two things? Thanks!

    This could be issue related to .htaccess (if Apache server). Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further? Thanks!
