As long as I remember they use an open source third-party plugin for minify. So it’s unlikely to change it fundamentally. Anyway, the suggestion is simply saving data as real file without using virtual address and they know it. Again, it’s not about one or two problematic file. It’s about design and architecture.

I fixed upload directory issue using Replace URLs. You can do it for any other address, too (see Replace URLs tab). Note the redirect will be saved in your browser so I changed new upload path to ‘storage’ to test it.
You can also fix this kind of issue by adding following rule to Apache config:
DirectorySlash OffRegarding /theme issue, it is because your theme folder has dot in its name! Rename your theme folder (wp-content/themes/lapax1.2.2d) to something without dot then go to HMWP settings page and try again 🙂

VPN services also have problem. I used something better which is more powerful but no success. Maybe because it rely on IP. I don’t know I’m not good in network stuff.
As I said there is technical limitation here. This can only be fixed if one of these two plugins fundamentally change the way they work which is unlikely or we find a special trick to solve the issue.
I didn’t see that free plugin until now but seems interesting. Regarding email, the problem is minification and not caching. Caching should work with or without HMWP.
Anyway, I suggest testing other free minification plugins. (See the FAQ)

Unfortunately, minification is complicated (specially in some cases) so there are technical limitation here. If you read our FAQs it was already covered there, too:

Sorry, I updated my /etc/hosts but I couldn’t see login form. I triad in different times thought it was a problem with the server but no success.

I disabled cache plugin and triad to get similar results. I triad several times: disabled some of HMWP settings, disabled HMWP, use unchanged htaccess, different locations and etc. but couldn’t find a certain pattern. Here are some of tests:

Nearly 90% of tests finished in 8s and it didn’t matter if HMWP is enabled or not. I got 3s result once (disabled HMWP) but couldn’t get it again.Of course, HMWP impacts speed but it’s in scale of milliseconds not several seconds. There are other things to be worry: your theme uses too many assets (say 8-10 times more than a standard theme).
You can test it yourself but do it several times to find a common pattern. (WP Super Cache is turned off to get a realistic result)

It’s too hard to find the problem without credential details. I used your settings and triad to generate the issue but no success.
Anyway, here is the check list:
1) Disable all plugins and see if this solve the problem (refresh browser, too)
2) Change the theme and try again
3) Check if WP installed properly: wp-config.php should have something like following with random values:

4) Check if logged in user has administrator role and HMWP IDS is disabledIf none of above help please attach content of wp-config and .htaccess (change their extension to txt). You can also install a test version of the site somewhere and provide login details for deeper investigation.

Cache doesn’t seem relevant but if minify plugins hides WP it means they found WP based on inline styles and scripts. BWP Minify which is compatible with HMWP should help:
Also, try hiding this one: us.woocommerce.css which is in your theme directory (Use Replace URL)

In case of woocommerce_param you can change it but first test all aspects of the site to make sure there is no problem (specially AJAX features). Please also consider you may use WooCommerce plugins in future which use that parameter in their scripts.
