    Hi, if you are using Nginx server then access to Nginx config is must. If you don’t have access then you can ask your hosting provider regarding it, or else apply for the refund via your Envato Panel. Thanks!

    Hi, it seems like you have added HMWP rules within location{} block in Nginx config. Please add the rules within server{} block and restart Nginx.

    If it’s still the issue then please post here the Nginx config content (as text, not screenshot). Thanks!

    Hi, it usually happens due to issue in htaccess file (if you are using Apache server), which we can resolve for you. Please do these:

    1) generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.
    2) post here the content of your site’s .htaccess file.

    I’ve set “WP_DEBUG” to false in wp-config.php file (it should be set to ‘off’ in live environment). You can now add HMWP purchase code in HMWP start tab and start applying settings in HMWP. Let us know if any issue.
