Hi, I could login to site’s backend with above credentials, but I would also need FTP credentials or Control Panel credentials as I’ll need access to wp-config.php file for renaming wp-admin path name. Thanks!

When I checked the site after a while, I could see that site is broken! There seems to be some conflict. I have disabled HMWP settings for now. I’ll be checking further into the issue and get back to you.

I enabled “customized htaccess” option in HMWP, and then clicked on “manual configuration” button and followed the steps mentioned there to update htaccess file with HMWP rules. Also I have enabled “combine css” and “combine js” option in WP Rocket.
The website seems to be working fine now. Can you please check and let us know if any issue?

No need to copy htaccess file. Go to HMWP start tab, click on “export current settings” button and save the save the settings in some text file. Later, you can import from it, and update your site’s htacess file with HMWP rules.
