Hi, can you please set “Block Threshold” value to 40 in IDS Firewall tab? Also go to Dashboard >> Intrusions, hover over the requests mentioned above and click on exclude link. Let us know.

You can replace text and urls in the site’s page source using “replace in html” and “replace urls” options respectively. But it’s not recommended to replace css class names and script variables. In such case we recommend you to enable “customized htaccess” option in HMWP General Settings tab. This would require you to manually add HMWP rules in htaccess file (rules won’t be auto added). You can view and add rules by clicking on “manual configuration” button in general settings tab. I hope this’ll solve the issue for you. Let us know.

I see! In that case it would be difficult to fix it. However, we’ll try to fix it. Also, it seems like HMWP is currently disabled in your site den247.com. Can you enable it and apply the settings as before?

Then please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.

Hi,

1) regarding the login, it shall either work or don’t work at all. If sometimes you can login and sometimes not then most probably there’s some conflict.

2 & 3) this should not happen. We’ll need to look into it to know what exactly is the issue there.

I logged in to your site and could see “Out of memory” error in some cases. Can you please try increasing PHP memory limit to 512M or 256M? – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
