    Hi, I checked your site’s (http://creativecall.com/) page source and see that HMWP is working fine there. But I could not find any other pages/links to test for 404 error. So please let us know how to reproduce the issue in your site.

    What happens if you opt to hide wp-admin in HMWP settings? We can help you with it once you put the site online.

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

    If you are still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at it.

    It should actually work by entering replacement value in “Ajax URL” field, but it seems like there is some conflict in your site (most probably with theme or other plugins). I tried accessing the backend but it seems like password is no more valid. Can you please try adding the following replacement in “replace urls” field under replace tools tab:

    wp-admin/admin-ajax.php ==> theajax.php

    Hi, your HMWP settings look fine. But adding the following rule in htaccess file will result in error page even if HMWP is not active (because for every page request wp-config.php is the must):

    order allow, deny from all

    Hi, the wp-admin and FTP credentials are no more working? Also I submitted a test profile via https://www.helloclean.ca/submit-profile/ and would like to see how images look like there.

    And I could access the image – https://www.helloclean.ca/inc/uploads/job-manager-uploads/featured_image/2016/01/2013-11-30-21.48.581.jpg
    What’s being corrupted here?

    Increase in max_input_vars should not be the issue.
    HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS).
    As I mentioned earlier, you can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

    I checked your site and it seems like there’s is some issue rebuilding the URL for nextend facebook login. Can you please try adding the following replacement in “replace in html” option under HMWP replace tolls tab:

    ?loginFacebook=1 ==> &loginFacebook=1
