Hi, I could not access ngee.ico.ng as there seems to be redirect loop. Can you please check?
I commented out the following line from htaccess file and the sites ngee.ico.ng/chat and ngee.ico.ng/nairamart seem to be working fine now.
RewriteRule ^skin/([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+)/style\.css /nothing_404_404?1) It’s because those images are from another wordpress site. I’ve emptied out “New wp-content path” field in HMWP permalinks & urls tab and images issue is fixed.
2 & 3) HMWP does not replace plugin/theme names within the plugin/theme folder. To replace such urls you’ll have to use “replace url” option under replace tools tab. For example, you’ve to add replacements like this:
wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css ==> SomeName1.css
wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js ==> Somename2.jsAnd for slider images, please try uploading and use the images from within the website.

Hi, please try disabling “anti spam” option from HMWP general settings tab. If still the issue then goto Dashboard >> Intrusions, and click on “exclude” link under request name that seems to be related to form submission.
Hi, for performance reason HMWP does not hide theme names in WPMU. But you can easily rename themes in wp-content/themes/ directory (e.g. wp-content/themes/custom_name/)
Please let us know all the urls that are showing plugin names.
Thanks for the link. It seems like the plugin is for SiteGround hosting users. Our sr. support will have a look into the compatibility of this plugin with HMWP.
Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into it.
I added cdn url “http://d2pdh98ecconlj.cloudfront.net” in “CDN path” field in HMWP settings and it seems to be working fine. May be you forgot to flush the cache?
Hi, please follow these steps:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsIf you are still having issue, then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further.
Hi, if you don’t use enhanced embeds, then you can disable this feature using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-embeds/
Hi, it seems like you have missed out username for the login. Please let us know.
Hi, I checked the replacement in HMWP settings and see that there is spelling mistake.
For example, “a” was missing in the url below:
wp-content/themes/listify/inc/integrations/wp-job-man(a)ger-bookmarks/js/wp-job-manager-bookmarks.min.jsHi, are you using the same version of HMWP and SuperCacher in both the sites? Also do let us know how can we get a copy of SuperCacher so that we can test thoroughly.
Hi, HMWP IDS logs the requests as intrusion if IDS finds it as malicious request, but it necessarily doesn’t mean that all logged requests are blocked. If any valid requests are alos being logged then you can add it to exclusion list by clicking on ‘exclude’ link under request names.
And regarding the booster plugin issue, please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at it, and also let us know how we can reproduce the error. You can view your site’s page source (‘CTRL + U’ in chrome browser) and see which urls you want to rename. To know the actual plugin names you can temporarily disable “rename plugins” option in HMWP.
