Thanks for the screenshots. Are you using any plugin for this calendar or it’s a custom built script? Also, we’ll need your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at the issue further.

Also, generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
Hi caleidor, you can update it from your site’s Dashboard >> Updates menu, or else follow the steps below:
– save the current settings by clicking on “export current settings” button (save it in text file)
– deactivate and delete hmwp plugin from Plugins page
– download latest version of hmwp and upload it to your site
– activate the plugin and import the previous settingsI tried deactivating HMWP plugin, but http://my-tantricmassage.com/registration/ page is same in both the cases. Can you please check?
Note: if you deactivate HMWP and then re-activate it, you’ll need to click on “restore previous settings” button in start tab. Also save the current settings by clicking on “export current settings” before deactivating the plugin.

Hi, it’s not clear what exactly is the issue you are having. Can you please explain with the help of some screenshots – what’s the issue and how actually it should be?
The upload feature that is being used is wordpress backend’s upload functionality and hence you’ll need to set the trusted user roles if HMWP is activated.

Hi, you need to goto HMWP general settings tab and set “Trusted User Roles” for the users (currently I’ve set all the roles as trusted ones). I tested with subscriber credentials above and could add media now.
