Hi, HMWP is compatible with WP super cache and Maxcdn. For CDN settings please foolow this FAQ – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17469

    Hi, please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details as Private Reply so that we can look into the issue further.

As we mentioned above that multisite on nginx is not officially supported yet, so we recommend you not to rename wp-admin path and try hiding WP default paths from site’s page source. Once done let us know the result.

Hi, as you said, there was no hmwp intrusions table being created in your database. So I created it manually there. I also tried setting your site’s htaccess file to WP default and then apply HMWP settings, but still no luck!

However, it seems like images’ path issue. If the image is renamed/masked then the issue appears. I applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings from HMWP start tab and then emptied out the options “New upload path” and “New wp-content path” under permalinks & urls tab and it seems to work fine.

Right now all default WP paths are being replaced except images path. I’ve assigned this ticket to Sr. support to have a further look into it.

Hi, you can disable email notification about intrusions by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

The requests are detected as intrusions don’t necessarily mean that they are blocked. Such requests are blocked only if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). If you don’t want such requests to be detected as intrusions then add that request name in “exception field” under IDS Firewall tab.

CDN Path is where you enter your CDN URL if you use one.

Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.

No, you can do all the changes in child theme and only parent theme will be updated. The concept of child theme is because your custom changes aren’t overwritten when you update theme.

There is currently no option to block/allow access by IP. But if you see any valid requests in intrusion list then add that request name in “exception field” under IDS Firewall tab.
