I’ve configured HMWP plugin in your site, and it seems to be working fine. Please check and let us know.
Please enter HMWP purchase code in Start tab.

Hi, we’ll help you configure it in your site. Please let us know your site’s backend login details (as private reply). Thanks!
Okay, let’s solve that issue first then. Thanks!

It’s really difficult for us to check the issue as we can’t even view the site’s page source. So we don’t know where it is coming from. Please check and let us know.

Okay, can you please let us know what countries did you add in Block list, and what is your location? Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, thanks for your valuable suggestion. We’ve noted it down. As of now, if you enter your own country or IP in Block List, then you’ll be blocked even if admin.
Can you please let me know the exact steps to re-generate the issue, so that we can check it at our end. Thanks!
Alright, we understand.
Undo previous settings will restore last saved settings. So if you have saved the settings again after your IPs were erased, then the IPs won’t be restored.
And yes, if the settings are getting reset automatically then that’s the issue. Please confirm that this auto test is happening, and when it gets reset? Like after re-logging in to backend, after re-visiting HMWP settings page, or any other situation.
Also, note that if you deactivate and then reactivate hmwp plugin then the settings will be blank, and you’ll need to click on Undo previous settings button in this case.

The replacement is fine. In your site’s page source can you please check if /tinymce/skins/wordpress/ exists or not? If not then it might have been served via Ajax. In that case please try emptying out “New wp-content path” field in HMWP Permalinks & URLs tab.
I still see /tinymce/skins/wordpress/inc.css in the screenshot above. It seems like you have not added the replacement correctly, or not cleared the cache. Please send us the screenshot of ‘Replace in HTML’ section.
