Yes, we can test in the Staging site first. But we won’t be talking to your hosting provider. We’ll let you know what needs to be done and then you’ll need to reach out to them.

Yes, you can change the login query, and note it down somewhere.Hi, yes we can help you with it. But as it’s Nginx server, we’ll need access to Nginx Config file to add/update HMWP rules. Also, we’ll need your site’s wp-admin login details. Let us know. Thanks!

Auto Configuration option is to hide the comments/text added by some popular plugins (like yoast seo plugin). And also this feature is still in experimental mode.
Won’t it be difficult to ask them each time you want to update Nginx config file? Please do these:
– apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP Start tab
– click on “nginx configuration” button and copy the rules, and send it to your hosting provider. Ask them to add it in your site’s nginx config file (within server{} block) and restart Nginx.
– check your site

If the site breaks after activating HMWP plugin, then the issue is usually related to htaccess file (if Apache server).
Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue.Hi ytremblay, you can create a separate ticket in this forum with the issues you are facing. Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.I couldn’t login to server using above credentials. Do you mean your hosting provider doesn’t provide access to Nginx config file? So, did they add HMWP rules in Nginx config file after your request? In that case can you please ask them to send your site’s Nginx config file content so that I can check HMWP rules being added there. Thanks!
August 30, 2019 at 4:27 am in reply to: lost password not working for any users, works for administrator when logged out #27383Hi, can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can check the issue further? Thanks!
Hi, if you set the url to return 404 (not found), that means the particular CSS is not available and as a result site is broken. Please replace the URL only to hide default wordpress path/name in it. If you need to remove comments in the CSS/JS files then you’ll need to use minification plugin like Autoptimize.
